1. General
This Privacy Policy applies to all of the personal information you provide us, or which we collect about you when you are a Mobilize Me customer or visit our website www.mobilize-me.com. The Privacy Policy is also applicable to our tools:

2.4. If you want insight into your personal data or do you believe that incorrect data has been registered – or do you have any other objections, please contact Mobilize Me. You have the opportunity to gain insight into what information is registered about you and you may object to a registration in accordance with the rules of the Personal Data Act.
3. Website and cookies
3.1. When you visit the website www.mobilize-me.com, we use Google Analytics cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser to recognize your computer on subsequent visits. Cookies help us see how many people visit the site (traffic metric) and how our users interact with the site. We do not process user behavior information that can associate user behavior with specific people.
3.2 As mentioned in section. 3.1. we use Google Analytics cookies to give us insight into how visitors use our website. We do not share this data with anyone, and the knowledge we receive is used solely to improve website and user experience for you as a visitor. Google Analytics stores user and event data associated with cookies, user IDs, or advertising IDs from www.mobilize-me.com for 14 months.
3.3. Cookies delete themselves after a certain number of months (may vary), but they are renewed after each visit.
4. Collection of personal information
4.1. We collect personal data about you, if you are a customer, a collaborator or if you contact us by mail or via the website, www.mobilize-me.com. We collect the following general data about you: name, address, postal code, city, country, mobile number, email address and billing information as company name, CVR number, etc. If the site becomes available for automatic card payment collectors, we also request payment card information.
4.2. Personal data will never be disclosed to third parties unless you expressly commit to it.
4.3. We do not collect any special categories of personal data (sensitive information) about you.
5. Processing of personal data
5.1. We only process the data that is required for us to give you the service you ask for. For example: when you are signed up as a customer or collaborate with us. In these cases It may be necessary for us to fulfill our obligations under agreements and related services. It can also be to meet the obligations we have as a Danish company where we are covered by Danish legislation.
5.2. The contact information you provide us with, when you sign up as a costumer or enters a professional collaboration, is registered in our CRM system. This includes contact information such as: work area, job title, first name (s), last name, address, phone number and e-mail address. If you contact us for other purposes such as: technical questions, reporting a problem or other inquiries regarding our cooperation, this is also recorded in the CRM system. This information is used to provide you with a good customer service. ‘
5.3. Personal data shall be understood as defined in the Personal Data Act.
5.4. We do not make any profiles of you and do not abuse your personal information. Furthermore, we do not disclose your personal data without your consent unless we are required to do so by law.
5.5. If you are a customer, we use your personal data to:
- Submit order confirmation, passwords and user guides to you
- Provide customer service, support, answer questions and comply with your requests
- Take care of your orders and deliver our services to you
- Provide advice on new options, products, prices, system updates, downtime, etc. via email.
6. Data processing
In order to support the use of our apps, it is necessary to process certain information about you. We only collect information from registered users of the systems. We do not collect any data that you – as a user – do not have access to in the system or which is not used for system maintenance or billing.

- Name of institution if you are affiliated with one
- Customer number
- Activities you have created, activities others have created for you, or activities you’ve created for others
- Goals you’ve set up, goals others have set up for you, or goals you’ve set up for others
- Instant messages
- Pictures sent in chat (PlaNet)
- Profile picture / avatar
- Web browser and smartphone platform (eg, Android, iOS)
- Relationships between users
- Access logs
6.2. Pictures The Mobilize Me and PlaNet tools use images that are stored on your device. It may be personal images or pictures you find through the embedded archive (for Mobilize Me) or Internet search. These images are linked to the individual user account and can only be seen by you and the people who are connected to the account as “planners.”
6.2.1. We strongly recommend that you only put pictures into the tools that relates to the users planning. Do not deliberately put personally sensitive images into the tool, such as:
- A pillar glass with a printed CPR number
- A religious journal
- An envelope / a document with name and address
7. Data storage
We process your data continuously as long as you are a registered user of our tools. Your data is stored in accordance with current security standards on our server. If you wish to delete your account, billing data, usage activity and application data can be stored for 5 years, according to Accounting Act, before they are deleted from our server.
Data about you as a user will be deleted after a maximum of 1 year.
8. Sharing your personal data
8.1. We may share your personal data with the suppliers and collaborators who assist us in the fullfilment of your order or assist us with IT operations, hosting, SMS gateway, etc. As an example: this means that we can share your information with our service providers, technical support and bank.
8.1.2. We share your information to the extent we are obliged, for example as a result of reporting to public authorities such as SKAT (taxes).
9. Protection of personal data
9.1. According to the Personal Data Act, your personal information must be kept safe and confidential. We store your personal data on limited access computers that are located in controlled facilities. Our security measures are continuously monitored to determine whether our user information is handled properly and with due regard to your rights as a user.
However, we can not guarantee 100 percent security for data transfers over the Internet, even though we use https for encryption. This means that there may be a (limited) risk that other unauthorized persons gain access to information, when data is sent and stored electronically. In case of data fraud affecting your personal data, you will be informed by us.
9.2. Personal data is stored for a maximum of 12 months after the purpose is completed – unless there has been a billing relationship. In this case, personal data is stored for up to 5 years.
9.3. The rapid development of the Internet means that we may need to change the way we handle personal data. We therefore reserve the right to update and modify these Privacy Policy. If we do, we will of course correct the date under ” 11. Last Updated” at the bottom of this page. In case of significant changes, we will notify you in the form of a visible notice on our website.
9.4. To the extent that personal data about you is processed, you have the right to disclose what personal information is attributable to you according to the Personal Data Act. If it appears that the information or data processed about you is incorrect or misleading, you are entitled to require these corrected, deleted or blocked. You can object to any information about you being treated as a matter of urgency. You may also revoke your consent at any time. You also have the opportunity to complain about the processing of information and data regarding you.
